Processing plant – Brownfield sites
Plant additions and modifications of brownfield sites are done quickly and effectively. Symtech have the capability to extend an existing plant by installing a range of equipment and services whilst facility operations continue, often undisturbed and in full production.

Example:
Symtech was engaged by a New Zealand based manufacturer to undertake an upgrade of their existing facilities. The scope of the project included the demolition of redundant facilities and removal of old processing lines and services, the construction of new controlled environment room, and installation of new processing lines. The main challenge was that the work needed to be undertaken while the plant remained fully operational. The project required a peak workforce of 75 people.
